. Never judge a book by its cover. When entering you are welcomed with lovely artwork on the walls and it's appearance is just amazing. But, this daycare is terrible. My oldest child has been switched from class to class. She has been switched 4 times in a matter of 5 months. The teacher are good but director has no clue. Always says sorry but no organization. Too many people working in that office maybe that's why things don't get done. Director Ms. Alondra helped me do my redetermination and apparently forgot to mail out my pay stubs with the application. She gave them someone else's stubs. I was being forced to pay weekly rates. I called action for children and fixed the problem. Also they are racist if your not Hispanic. Heard them talking craps in spanish about me. Yeah I may not be Hispanic but I know spanish. Shame on your business. Took my kids out quickly

My 3 children have been attending Northstar going on 2 1/2 years. My youngest has been in 3 classrooms since she started attending and she loves it as well as my other children. Every teacher has been very professional and all are very knowledgeable. They really love the children and do whatever means necessary tor make sure all the children are treated equally with lots of love and affection. My daughter has learned lots of Spanish, all her numbers, letters, and how to treat her friends nicely. The director Alondra and Nancy have done whatever possible to accommodate my situation and or difficultitities which I've always admired. A business is not a business if they do not know how to handle the problems that arise and this center does it with dignity and respect. I'm grateful for this Center and the staff! Wonderful amazing place to bring your children too!!!!

Please if you love your children never leave they here. This is a horrible place. The owner and the lady are not good people. They don't care about your children. They treat the workers like an animals. During the break hours in the baby room they leave only one teacher taking care of eight babies and as you can see this is so bad. They never send somebody to help this teacher because they always said that there is not enough teacher to cover up. There are some amazing teacher but some are not and they know that. They leave the theachers with overwork and too many children. This is not a good place trust me if you love your child go find another place.

This center is not amazing or has high quality. Some of the teachers are good (NOT ALL) but the owner and director do not have respect and do not know how to run a center. My child went to this center and began to be afraid of everything. He told me his teachers will scare him by screaming and saying she will lock him up in the bathroom. He always came home with injuries. The office will make up excuses of why there camera were not working.

I WORK AT NORTHSTAR AND I REALLY LOVE IT. MANAGEMENT IS A GREAT SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR DA STAFF. THE KIDS ARE WELL EDUCATED AND THE QUALITY OF THE CENTER IS HIGH AND AMAZING.
