Luis did a great job tackling a difficult problem with a key broken off in a lock on my yacht. Tried hard to extract it but ended up putting in a new lock, rekeying it and fixing the problem. Showed up on the earlier side of the time window provided which was appreciated and took the necessary time to do the job right.

my problem was that the business forgot to notify me that there would be 3 charges…. $59 to replace the lock, $59 for the lock and what was not advised to me was the $85 charge just for the guy to show up WHICH STILL DOESNT ADD UP TO THE $240 I was charged!! FOR ONE FREAKIN LOCK!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! i

Louis is the best. He's very careful, pay attention to details with the lock. Then he had to make extra keys for us, and tested each key individual with all the new locks.
