worst store I've ever had to deal with,clearly there's no order there considering the way my issue is being handled. I've talked to three so called managers...I've been lied to about getting phone calls returned several times by two of them.I was told that I should be thankful that I get a employee discount, like that has anything to do with my situation, I've driven over two hundred miles to try to get this resolved.I wonder am I being treated this way because this NIKE store is in a quite challenging area of Chicago where there's an armed guard at the door and people outside asking for money constantly(no disrespect to them, they just ran into some bad luck for now) I must say I was surprised to see this type of store in that area. This store represent GIANT Nike. I'm catching hell over a HAT!
