#1 piece of advice - don't shop here. They are only out to steal money from tourists and not interested in providing customer service at all.

Excellent customer service. They delivered what was promised, on time, for a very reasonable price. The designs are very good and they always have latest collection in store.....New York Jewelers are Highly recommended.!!!

It is one of the best jewellery stores in this area and they have latest models with attractive look.

Obviously the comments below are from people who are not familiar with standard jewelry industry buying. Thebracelet story is a joke. I buy from New York for many years and they are above most of other nyc la or miami jewelers I know. Decent store. I recommend it and I am a frequent watch and jewelry buyer.

I purchased $7000 worth of jewelry for Christmas at this fine establisment, including a diamond bracelet. The bracelet was manufactured (by design) to fit a gorilla, not a woman. At the time of purchase, the salesman indicated that when it was re-sized, they would "work something out" to repurchase the extra links from me. Whoa! Surprise, surprise. I made a set of earings from a few links, and but now stuck with a few remaining diamonds and bracelet fragments. Buy them back? Give me a modest store credit? The salesman went through the routine of 'asking the manager' only to tell me they valued the remanants of the bracelet at .... $0. What a scam--I would have taken $100 just on principle. So here is the scam: make at bracelet 120% of normal size, charge for it, and let the customer be unhappy with the outcome. Not to mention, imply that what they sell you in the first place is not worth what they say it is. They will not see me again. Learn from this, customers!!!

Mr. Foster in the watch department offered outstanding customer service and attention when I inquired about a certain watch line. He took the time to offer the latest information about the line and was very knowledgeable about the various movements. I am an educated buyer when it comes to watches and really appreciated his time to discuss my choice. Having transferred to Chicago a year ago from Dallas, he welcomed me to the city and to New York jewelers of Chicago by offering me a very competitive deal on a watch I've wanted for a long time, with a smile.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!!!! They switched my Tiffany diamond band with a fake. I filed a police report but now there is nothing I can do but warn others not to go here. I'd give it zero stars if it were an option.
