Only gave one star just to post. This company is horrible. Same as Alisha here...ordered and only shows 'processing' with no way to cancel online. I emailed several times and on their website, called several times with only voice mail that states the mailbox is full and hangs up. Going through Paypal for some kind of resolution. And their website says they provide quality service...what a joke! Don't be duped by these scammers!

I ordered 3 belts almost 4 weeks ago (8/23 and today is 9/17). The website just says the order is "processing" this whole time. No return emails from my inquiry requesting status and no way to cancel the order online once the order is "in process." I paid through PayPal and have filed a claim with them. It is currently in resolution and still no communication from this company. Be aware, do not do business with this company.

Ordered two shirts and paid. They shipped but without the proper address for UPS to deliver. We had to chase UPS endlessly to get delivery again whilst New Economy just ignored our emails to them about the problem. They also never answer the phone, only goes to voice mail which is ignored.



When we did get the delivery only one shirt had been shipped and we cannot contact them to get the second one. Very unhappy punter!
