Dr. Neal Frankel performed by Bilateral bunions at St. Joseph Hospital. You can imagine my surprise when I woke up and bunions were gone and I could walk out of the hospital on my own accord with no pain. This is definitely better than the bunion surgery my friends have had where there feet are in a lot of pain, and years later they are still hurting. I am so pleased, and happy with Dr.Frankel and his staff of nurses, when ever I had a question, I could call and they would give me an answer, and if they did not know, Dr. Frankel would call me back himself. I am now 5 days post-op and do not have any pain what so ever. My sister and I did this together she travelled from California and I from Washington State. When I did meet Dr. Frankel, I was amazed at the time he took with me and his bed side manner, this man is so very humble and giving of himself, a true perfectionist at his best. I highly recommend him and his staff, call you won't be sorry it will be the best consultation/procedure you have ever done.

Dr. Frankel and his staff made my experience much easier than I ever thought it would be. Dr. Frankel is a wonderful physician, as he has developed a technique for bunion treatment that had me walking the next day (in a boot, of course) and with only minor pain. He explained everything he would be doing and put my mind at ease. The surgery went well and I am well on my way to recovery.

Dr. Frankel was very caring and down to earth. He also was very experienced and did a great job.

Dr. Frankel came highly recommended by a friend and I visited him to correct a severe bunion deformity that I have been struggling with for most of my life on both feet. Making an appointment at any of his locations has been super easy from my initial consultation to scheduling my surgeries and all post op visits because he offers flexible times and sticks to his schedule so there is minimal waiting in the lobby. He is extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the different treatment options that I had but ultimately we decided that corrective surgery was the only way to heal the pain and discomfort I felt on a daily basis. It has been 1 year since the completion of my second procedure (I spaced each surgery out by 3 weeks as recommended by Dr. Frankel for minimal down time from work) and I couldn't be happier with my results. Surgery was painless and I had very little discomfort after the procedures were done. I was back at work within a few days and able to wear regular shoes within 6 weeks! Dr. Frankel asked for me to return for weekly followup visits (at no extra cost) after my procedures to check on how my feet were healing and able to answer any questions I had about post op care. I did follow his directions about bandaging my feet and what types of shoes I could and could not wear so that I could allow my feet to properly heal and have not had any complications or concerns other than slight swelling near the pins that were inserted which was taken care of with a little shot to reduce inflammation. I will recommend Dr. Frankel to anyone who asks for a podiatrist and could not be more satisfied with my results! Thank you for helping me heal my foot pain, you are amazing!

Dr. Frankel is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He listens to his patients as well as inform us of the options available in terms that can be understood by anyone.

Patient since '07 and I can't sing enough praises about Dr. Neal Frankel & his Staff. He first ran the practice with two other Podiatrists and their respective staff but now he's running the practice by himself since'09. It is quieter, more efficiently run, and sports a great new look w/ the neat remodeling job. There is only one front desk manager now, Aria, who is an absolute sweetheart and is highly organized. She keeps that office scheduled, ontime, & running. The lady who works w/ insurance & billing is super & always got back to me within 24hrs w/ resolutions and answers. Mandie, the Physical Therapist on-site is phenomenal. Highly-skilled and a real gem. And Dr. Neal Frankel..... I can't sing enough praises about him. He is a patient advocate to the max. He went above & beyond to help me (even after I lost medical coverage). Not only is he one of the most HIGHLY skilled foot surgeons in the state but he's also a patient-advocate. He will go out of his way to do his best for you & your foot injury. He also did a legal deposition on my behalf, got me a handicapped parking cert, got me pain meds, used the latest technologies on my injuries, and made makeshift orthodics for me to wear while waiting for the real ones from the orthodic maker. They have no control over the company that makes the orthodics, btw. I had 6 different orthodics made over a span of 3 yrs. I never had any problems getting them. Dr. Frankel has a great personality and he's a breath of fresh air He truly, really cares about his patients and their recovery. You are not a number here. A RARE quality in Doctors and their offices these days. This place is truly outstanding and is A+.
