What a horrible bunch of people to do business with. They called and called to do a welcome interview without leaving a name or company. During the interview I told them I wanted to set up an achievement monthly payment. I was told I would get a letter with a form and to send it in. About 5 days before my first payment was due I got a payment book, sent to the wrong address. I called immediately and was told no, there was no leter, there was a form in the coupon book. They also corrected my address. I sent in the form and voided check the next day and was told that would be fine. Now they tell me that they never received the form and check, that I have to pay online or over the phone with an $11.00 convenience fee for something that is not my fault. The robots I spoke with kept talking and talking and would not listen to me. To set up an achievement account I have to send in the form from the coupon book and a voided check. Knock, knock, anybody home?? How can i send in a form i no longer have because i already sent it in??? Awful experience. Foresee many pros ray the life of this loan.

Wow, I was amazed how easy this process was. We literally just needed cash for a short period of time and these guys were able to help my dad and I. Plus, it helped having spanish speakers for us.
