My experience with this company was awful. It was like pulling teeth to get a good proof- they could not follow simple instructions. Then I waited two days for installation. Basically my office did not have an internet connection so I wasted two whole days while they kept promising they would arrive. They arrived at the worst possible time (5 pm) when condo owners were coming home from work. The drilling was shaking the whole building and I could not communicate with the installers since they did not speak English. They forgot to dot and "i" on the awning and seemed interested in collecting the balance instead of fixing the awning which they never did. If I could do it again I would use a more reputable company even if I have to pay more.‎
