A MESSAGE FOR ALL: Don't go to Nail Art on 79th and Western. EVER. I had the WORST experience in all of my 16 years of getting my nails and feet done. I repeat DO NOT visit this shop for any reason at all. Thank You.



The owner along with his employees are: rude, disrespectful, curse women, walk away from paying customers, break your property and say it was an accident and refuse to pay for property that was broken by THEIR hands during service in THEIR establishment.

A lady was cursed out by a worker. She asked him to clean up the polish he had on her skin. He said “I cleaned it up already”. He refused to clean it again. He said I will take all the polish off before I fix the polish again. The customer became upset and the nail technician began to curse this woman saying “F you” repeatedly. He was told to leave by the owner only to return five minutes later.



The owner stopped doing my nails to work on another person. He took my sandals off my feet with no problem. He placed my left sandal on my foot and broke the sandal in the process. He refused to pay for this sandal. He repeatedly told me it was an accident. He said he only did it lightly. I explained to him that I didn’t walk into the establishment with a broken sandal. My sandal was broken by his hands. I even took the other sandal and placed it on my foot with no problem in front of him to show how easily this sandal could be placed on my foot and not be broken. He was rude and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER OCCUPY THAT SHOP EVER AGAIN. I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years and I’ve never encountered service like this. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never occupy this shop.
