Very disappointed ! Do not take shoes here for repair. the shop is a mess and they lose them, then you get to try to find them, and when you do , they are not repaired. disaster of a place for repair. very unprofessional ! Offered a service they could not deliver. If your looking to have your items to be repaired on time do not waste your time or energy, you will be DISAPPOINTED!!!

I needed my favorite walking shoe repaired and I was leaving town the same day. A friend told me about Mr. T. She said he did one day service. The shoe was not woroth fixing to the average person, but I loved the shoe mainly because it was so comfortable. I was embarassed to take such a raggedy shoe to the shop so I took several other pair so the shoe repairman would know that I had good shoes. I took two pair of Faragamos, and two pair of Bruno Magli shoes that just needed tips on the heels. When I got there I Mr. T. was such a friendly guy and he told me he had been in the shoe business for more than 60 years. Then I remembered an article I had read in the newspaper about him about five years ago. I had cut the article out, but lost it. Anyway Mr. T. told me he would have my shoe ready by a certain time that afternoon, and when I picked them up he had all five pair ready, and my raggedy shoes looked almost new. I never expected them to look so good. I have been going to Mr T every since and sending people there.
