Provided by YP.comWorst company to do business with. Customer Service is beyond helpless and just keeps giving "stock" answers. They obviously have no idea what they are talking about. They put a charge on my sons credit card and have told him for 3 months that it is being "escalated" for a refund. If their escalation department takes over 3 months to get results, I shudder to think what their non-escalation process is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Motorola Mobility LLC in Chicago - or anywhere else for that matter!
