We ordered a table and buffet back in October it is now January. We were told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver and the furniture was coming from NY. Then in November is supposedly arrived with a broken buffet and they would have to reorder the buffet. We called back and asked about delivery of the table that was supposedly okay only to be told our order never came. It would have been nice to have the table as we were planning to have a Christmas dinner at our house (which had to be cancelled). We were told our order was actually coming from Atlanta and would be arriving shortly ...then Texas.... In between we were advised out things had arrived ... But then it hadn't. Then it would arrive by the 8th of Jan. We called today and the store and warehouse have totally different stories. It's in transit vs it's arrived! Obviously, almost all calls and ALL follow-up calls have been by us. We are at wits end and it sounds like it is not an uncommon experience!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a bubbly personality to follow. So many new collections this year. It seems like I had to come back again regardless. Efficient sales and management staff, as always. Here goes my new project.

The quality of furniture is great, contemporary design and accommodating delivery. I was looking for a coach and ended up buying a chair, coffee table and a couch. They have a great staff that help you design and pick pieces. Alex patiently with his great sense of design helped me to pick pieces. After delivery I didn't like the couch and he followed up with me and warehouse to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I tend to be off putting and difficult to deal with...Alex above it and saved the day. I will definitely go back there sometime to get a desk.

Love love love this store and everything I have purchased from them gets so many compliments! I have patio furniture and a beautiful chandelier that I hung in my bedroom . Alexander was awesome and helped me pick everything out and it all fits perfectly and functions well. Would shop here again and WILL shop here again!

I have been renovating a condo downtown Chicago and needed some contemporary furnishings. The prices at Modani are relatively low compared to other designer boutiques and the quality of the furniture seems higher than I would have expected. The service was top notch and the attendant, Marc, was very personable. He remembered me every time I came in and was happy to help me out.

Everything was great, beautiful stuff. Also very helpful staff.
