Do not be fooled by the friendly demeanor of the people who work here. They ruined several of my shirts and refused to pay for them. Unlike most dry cleaners, which will reimburse you if they ruin a garment, Millenium Cleaners has no such rule. I do not know what these idiots do but somehow they managed to get stains on my clothes that were not there when I dropped them off (I always inspect things very carefully). When asked what they had done to my clothes they said it was my problem and now I am out several hundred dollars. It may be convenient if you live in this building to use them but if you want dry cleaners who actually CLEAN your clothes...look elsewhere.
