HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! My husband and I were referred to this place. We walked in at 7:00PM on Sunday to do our taxes (They close at 8 on sundays). There was one lady there and her two kids which were running all over the place. She told us to give her a minute because she was on the phone. She sat down at her desk and kept talking on the the phone. We waited for 10 minutes and all she did was gossip on the phone and went on her computer to talk about who had their facebook page blocked. I just kept hearing "nope his page is blocked, let me check his page....nope blocked also, let me check this persons page" REALLY!?!?!? After ten minutes of listening to this and her kids running around us we got up and left. I work in customer service and that would not be tolerated. I am assuming she did not want to do our taxes and was waiting for us to get sick and tired of waiting and leave. I was pretty mad since I dont live near this place and had to drive in the traffic on a sunday afternoon just to get ignored. Will not reccoment this place at all.
