I went to mike Anderson due to the fact that on my first visit they helped me very well with the type of car we were looking for. But after two month I noticed that we weren't as happy with the car we noticed a few problem with the car I then return and spoke to Reuben who had helped me with the car that we purchased once I told him of the problems we had he said he was going to see what he can do and what he did was help me to get the right car this time it has the power I need to tow my boat and also the space for my kids without losing the luxury of the look and feel of the car. Reuben also kept us in the price range that we can afford thats why I'm happy with mike Anderson Chevy and will recommend others to this location thank you so much Reuben.

I went in for an oil change on the car that I had and came out with a new truck. Ruben Delgado was the one that helped me. He was very helpful answered all my questions and informed me on everything I needed to know. He was very nice and friendly. If I know of anyone trying to get a car I will make sure they go to him, he’s a great employee.

I would like to say Ruben Delgado of Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago is a phenomenal, understanding, helpful person. My husband and I brought our second vehicle with them our first was a 2009 Tahoe it was love at first site. When Ruben gave us a courtesy call about our Tahoe my husband took it as a sign, it was time for a upgrade. When Ruben mention about a 2012 Tahoe, my husband jump for joy! Once again Ruben Delgado is a charming gentleman and very knowledgeable with his vehicles you can see the passion he has on helping his customers. I went in today just planning on beginning my search for a new car. I was leery of finding a dealer that could offer me a decent percentage rate due for financing due to my recent credit score. Little did I know, I'd be walking out with a new car in hand! The service by all of the personnel from financing, sales, and maintenance was outstanding.
