Glasses came in February and I called in April to see where glasses were since nobody called. Receptionist said they called me which was a lie. She gave them to me without any paperwork. I tried them and they are not even my glasses that I picked out and way to strong. Don't bother with these idiots.

Dr. Frankle is no longer there. Went to get an eye exam and the staff was rude. The doctor spent 2 minutes with me and I was done. Got a better exam from the place that offers free exams.

Wonderful, both doctors and staff are knowlegeble, prices are reasonble. Highly recommened !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my mother for an exam. Was not told the price of what was going to be done to her. The doctor was very fast and he did not look for more than a minute at her eye. Took her to Northwestern in the past and they do a more complete job.

love this place !!! the girls at the front desk are so kind and attentive, they take the time to help and repair any patients glasses., this is not seen at just any other eye clinic! the Doctors here take the time to explaine your check up. looking foward to taking my family again next year.

This is a great location but the receptionists here are so unprofessional and rude! I never knew how rude a receptionist could be! My family attends this office and have a PPO insurance, and I am covered with the medical card, due to no insurance offered through my employer, but I will definetely attend another office!!!!! The receptionist should represent the doctor and in this case, the receptionist is horrible at her job title!

I am so happy I visited this office; Dr. Hajali is fantastic!!! I had come into the office with a migraine headache. It turns out I was way overdue for a new eyeglass prescription. Without glasses I can't see. The glasses were ready in 24 hours. ######Dr. Hajali referred me to Dr. Sanjay Rao for a free Lasik consultation. Got Lasik and I can now see without glasses.

They answered all my questions and took care of all my needs. I ws very impressed with the doctor and staff.
