Midway Dodge was a great experience. Everybody was very friendly. I would recommend friends if they are looking for a car. I also really appreciate the help I have received from Armando, he has been really helpful and took the time to help me get the car I wanted.

Armando Rodriguez is a great salesman. He has really helped me out with getting my car. I will use him and Midway Dodge again next time I need a car!

Francisco Mayano was very informative and helpful. He helped me to understand the different Dodge models as well as financing.

Very polite, no pressure, calmly gave us advice and direction. Everyone was very welcoming- Deal or no deal I will certainly recommend this dealership.

I recently went to Midway Dodge to purchase one of their used cars. I have to say I am very pleased with the service I got. I told the dealer exactly what I wanted and how much I had to spend, and they showed me some really good options. I found one Dodge that was the perfect price, and just rigth for our family. I got a great deal as well. I would recommend going here to buy a new or used car.

First and foremost, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER, don't even try to call them, because you will waste your time. We called and spoke to two different people(Maritza and Angela) just to make sure the car we were interested in was available, and both times we were told it was. Upon arrival, we asked for both of the people we had spoken to on the phone, and were told that they had no one by that name. This already sounded a bit fishy, but the person then went on to asking what car we were interested in seeing so we told him, and he said he would come back in a minute. He said to look around for other cars in the meantime while he looked for the car. He then came back a few minutes later and said they no longer had the vehicle, because it might have been sold a few days ago. To sum this review up, this dealer is extremely unreliable and they lie to the people on the phone just to get you to go to the dealer. If you get there and they say they don't have the vehicle, simply leave them talking and get out of there, because they have once again lied to another buyer. Save you time, gas, and effort and DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER!

There liers when its to buy a car from there. Oh they know people can't aford a car so thers a gps installed so he recovers his car back and then finds another sucker. And the vehicle is sold about couple of times.

Mario likes underage girls. Mario and workers should be charge for sexual For underage girls that work for him.

Went for a oil change took forever why the workers are to busy flirting with unprofessional high school workers that are to busy talking on cell phones not answering the business phones .Like realy Mario ur so high class wher do you find this HOES to work for a business . That realy makes you look like a low class.

Midway Dodge is one of the '"Worst" places ever to deal with! They lure you in with "oh yes we have that car" only to get there to get "Slicked talk too by the inexperienced salesman" It takes more than putting on a tie to sell cars! We left a deposit for a car only to realize we didin't want...trying to get this money back is like pulling teeth, this place is just bad!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust them at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Classic bait and switchI'll try to make this short because I'm on my way to the BBB. These jerks are running ad's that say thay have all thesegreat deals and then when you get there..."oh, we just sold that one".I called on a vehicle, I was assured it was still available. I called later that day to confirm and I got an honest salesmen who said the vehicle is sold. Then I got a call from another person trying to get me in on the same vehicle. I said are you sure? They said let me double check. They came back with yes we have it but it's on a test drive. Was I interested in another one. No I said.A week later I get another call. same thing accept this time the lady on the phone said I have this vehicle and I'm looking at it right now. "It was not sold" is what she maintained and would I like to come in and test drive it. I made her verify the vin# and stock #.I made an appointment, took the day off work, purchased a car fax and then drove 46 miles in chicago rush hour only to arrive

I JUST HAD MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AT MIDWAY DODGE... WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE .... MY LAST CHRYSLER DEALER I WAS DEALING WITH WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.... AND NOW I CHOSE MIDWAY BECAUSE IT WAS NEAR MY HOUSE... I ONLY PAID 19.95 AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN LESS THAN 30 MINS...

I took my van for a transmission issue they charge me $500.00 and the transmission is worst than before, I came back next day and they told me to replace the spark plugs because that was the root of the problem, it's done and the issue continues, the transmission is under warranty but they are looking the way to make the things worst, when i ask them about the trans diagnostic they told me the computer didn't show any malfunction. Of course because is not electronic issue but mechanic and when I started talking about speed and control preassure can be measured to have a better idea of what's going on in there they told me, "first WE have to do a general inspeccion of the unit then they will proceed with a deep diagnosis"

If this is affiliated with Midwest Kia in Desplaines, Il... then they are crooks, they are holding my money I put down on a car that they never got approval from the finance company. They said I would receive my money when I returned the car but guess what, they lied. Bunch of crooks they are, I am filing a complaint with the attorney general so stay away from these voltures.

The people running this so called dealership are not only liars and schemers, they are outright criminals, perpetrators of outright fraud and other crimes. My alleged purchase of a vehicle is currently under review by the Illinois Attorney of State for fraud and other crimes committed by this dealership. I have never even had possession of the vehicle they claim to have sold me. They will go to any means including breaking the law in order to get a signature, get a loan from a bank, then continue to lie and deny everything, leaving the bank and customer holding the bag. I find it strange that any bank would still do business with this dealership. They had to call at at least 5 banks before before finding a "sucker" who would accept the fraudulent loan application. I sincerely hope they go out of business, for all of our sakes.
