Jesus was really helpful with the many questions that my husband and I had. We walked in nervous thinking that we were not going to be able to purchase a car, but he managed to find us a Nissan Rogue at a good price. I feel happy with the payments I will pay monthly. In regards to the location, the sales people are very friendly and welcoming. Location is very clean and organized. I thank Mr. Aguilar very much for helping me out on my first ever car purchase. After trying a few dealers and not getting approve came to Berman Nissan of Chicago and Isaac help to get approve come see them and talk to Isaac service was awesome and they got us approve.

Before coming to Berman, I went to a couple of other Nissan dealerships where the sales man and managers got fuzzy and hostile about their prices and vehicles. I came to Berman and completely 180 from all of that and that’s because Issac handled the whole process. He was very kind and informative about everything that needed to be known about the vehicle. The biggest key of him was him asking me , “what can I do to make it better?” Not only he helped get a good price for my vehicle he made sure it was set my pricing or budget. He’s a great salesman and truly cares about customer service. Doesn’t give you a hard time or makes you feel pressured. I highly recommend coming here to buying a Nissan and high recommend Issac as well.
