City Mazda simply has the best service team I have ever experienced! To begin, when I call for an appointment Justine Ritchie , knows exactly who I am (greets me by name) and is beyond friendly and professional. She gets me an appointment that fits my schedule and communicates with me throughout the process. The service people also go above and beyond. For example, I forgot to ask to have a piece of my side mirror fixed but when I came to get my car, I found that they had noticed the piece was missing and fixed it on their own at no charge. I could go on and on here, but no joke, I’d buy another Mazda simply for this service team, especially Justine. I never do these types of reviews but I just had to for this service department. I’ve been coming here since they opened and they have never failed to exceed expectations.
