If there was a zero star rating, this place would undoubtedly get it. The management here is all about making a profit. BEWARE--THEY WILL TRY EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT TAKE A RETURN. The workers in the yard are overworked and under a lot of stress. First time I came here one was bleeding on his arm from pulling some part. When he came to deliver the part to the front desk the manager told him to hurry up next time. I should have never come back....and now I certainly won't

Now, I don't know much about cars and auto parts but, the service I had at McCoy Auto Parts was outstanding! They helped me find the right parts for my car. They have excellent experience, friendly environment, very helpful, they understand your needs. They make sure you have the correct part for your vehicle. Not only is their service excellent, but the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend McCoy Auto Parts!

This was by far the worst service that I have ever received in my LIFE. Similar to the other comment, they have had my car since March. After getting a quote ($2200 for everything), I decided to give them my business (3/22/12) and was told that it would only take a week. I gave him $1100.00 in cash and was going to give him the rest when done. When it was time to get my car I was told that it would take another week and another week etc.. Charlie told me to rent a car and he would take it off my remaining balance (1153.22 total for the rental). Charlie would constantly tell me lies and excuses that were lightweight believable because he is so mild mannered. He told me that the engines that they were putting in there were bad and that they was losing money because of the number of engines that they have purchased. Finally, I told Charlie that I was feed up and I needed my car. He said he sent it to Kevin's auto repair and that he would take care of the bill. Jose (the owner of Kevin's) said that he only wants to deal with me because Charlie is not a trustworthy person. I went to Charlie and told him to give me half of the money so I can have Jose start. Again, excuse after excuse (I can only give you $500, the owner has to write a check, we don't have it, etc.). He said that he needed to get his engine out of there. Jose and my father noticed that the same engine was in there and the car had never been touched. He only gave me the $1100.00 that I gave him and said he wasn't going to reimburse me on the rental as previously promised (7/3/12). I tried to speak to the owner but he arrogantly denied to speak with me about the situation. I would strongly discouraged ANYONE from giving their business to McCoy because of the horrible staff and service.
