Fast service, able to repair many different kinds of AV equipment. Polite staff, a good vendor to deal with.

My Toshiba TV was under warranty and it needed repair. They referred me to Martroy as being their authorized repair center. Martroy sent a technician out to repair the tv and the guy was great! Very nice service!

I am happy to say that the manufacturers warranty included my repairs for free! No need for that stupid best buy "extra warranty".

I am totally satisfied with Martroy's customer service! My Vizio went out and I was under warranty, Martroy picked the tv up from my home and returned it back in excellent condition with 3 days! Their customer service was exemplary! Yes, I would recommend their services to anyone who asked! AND I'm going to call Walmart and let them know this is was a good old fashioned customer service at it's best! Keep up the good work Martroy!

just wanted people to know how happy i am with matroy electronis services. i been in the biz for yrs and havent used there services in sometime now.and recently had some issues with my cerwin vega speaks n could not find any one that could help .but matroy resolved my warranty issues.n repaired n returned in 1 week got to love that thanks matroy u guys rock.

I have been taking some cassette boomboxes into Martroy to be fixed and serviced for a few years now. Always had great service. They are one of the only places in Chicago who will repair my cassette boomboxes. They do a great job and keep me from having to dig on the net to find these extinct machines.

I have tried to get my high end receiver repaired at several places and no one seemed to be able to figure it out. That's when I found Martroy electronics. They were able to get my receiver back in perfect working condition at a very fair price. Thank you Martroy!
