My senior has lived in several senior buildings over the past years. The management in this building has been changed several times in the past 5 years. In the past the management was very understanding towards seniors. The current management is not. They are not helpful when needed. They are very nonchalant when asked to help in situation that concern seniors. I was unable to reach my senior by phone once and was concerned. I called the office and asked if someone could go and check to see if everything was ok. I was told by the young man that answered the phone that he would check and call me back. One hour passed without hearing from him. I called him back and he told me that he had gotten busy but he was going to check. He never went, my nephew got there and found my senior on the floor. Luckily everything was ok. If you are thinking about this building please reconsider.
