Ms. Mana-Ay, does not have a pleasant personality (no bed-side manner). Did not listen to our needs and concerns and each time we saw her she rushed our conversation. I realize they(medical staff) do not know their patience personally so they don't have any emotional connection to them but as a patient we would like to think that they do care and are concerned. I have gotten more attentiveness and concern from a sales clerk helping me pick out an outfit at a department store than I got from Ms. Mana-Ay.
