Wish i could give 0 stars. Save your time and money and go with someone who cares about their customers and their orders. Florist was very Rude and disregarded everything i was stating after i called and left a message after my order wasn’t delivered until after 10pm but was told they were delivered at 2pm. They also have no direct line for you to call and reach them if your order isn’t delivered. Their “answering service” is based in another state so they have no way of knowing about your order or even who is supposed to deliver it. Was even told that the order could have even been forgotten or left off the truck but texted out as delivered anyway. WORST FLORIST TO GO TO IF YOU WANT TO SURPRISE SOMEONE. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!! Thank me later.

The flowers were amazing! When I saw the bouquet I was so excited, I could not believe the beauty and elegance.

I was not pleased with the bouquet I originally received but they sent my fiancee a huge beautiful bouquet to make things right.

The Flowers were Fantastic. I loved the Cookies that they have too. Everyone commented on how beautiful the are.

This place has it all! A Great selection of Flowers, Wonderful Large House Plants, Beautiful Orchids, Ceramic Containers, Lucky Bamboo, the most perfect Christmas Trees I have ever seen in my life. The Store is HUGE! It is located on MICHIGAN AVENUE! I sent flowers to a friend from the store, and she loved them. They have a large selection of Green Plants Tall Plants. I purchased my Christmas Tree from them, and it was the most perfect Fraser Fir Christmas Tree I ever had, or seen in my life. They deliver everywhere, my friend lives in the Suburbs, and they made the delivery no problem. The service is exceptional. They are opening a Garden Center this spring. I can't wait to see what they will have.
