I spoke with someone at the casting house recently and I believe her name was Krystal. I just wanted to say that the customer service she provided was above standards! She was very polite, very knowledgeable about the services you offer and overall just a delight to speak with. I wish the other jewelers in the building displayed this level of service for it was an experience I won't forget. Thank you casting house. I look forward to becoming a customer in the near future!
