Do not hire or trust them. If you must hire them (which I HIGHLY Recommend that you DO NOT) do not under any circumstances pay them in full until the work is done to your satisfaction. They butchered my front stairs that I paid over $3,000 for and then tried to blame the looks & the shoddy frame job on "That's how concrete is". Then tried to cover it up by Skim Coating it (and the gall to say the stains disappeared) and saying this cover-up will last for a long time. If you consider 8 months a long time then by all means call them. Of course the angles are so far off I could have done a better job drunk in framing this. They will not call you back when you complain. Trust me GO ELSEWHERE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Magana Construction is a horrible company. In October 2007 I had hired Magana to replace cement stairs. What a horrible experience that turned out to be. In cost me more money to fix the mess that they had left behind. In the process of replacing the cement stairs, they damaged all of my landscapping and stained and cracked my sidewalks. When pouring the cement for the stairs, they drove the cement truck up on the sidewalks and cracked several slabs. They also sunk in my neighbors front lawn from driving the heavy truck on the lawn. Of course they told me that they were going to replace the sidewalks when the job was done but it has been 7 months and after making several calls to them, I gave up and I hired another company to replace my sidewalks and my landscapping. In the contract it stated that my railing will be taken down and stripped and painted and they put back up. I finally got my railings back several months later. The railings were throw in my yard. And of course they were not stripped or painted. So I had to hire another company to have them stripped, painted and installed. I think what really bothered me was that no one would return my calls. They knew they were wrong but the just did'nt care. This company is by no means a reputable company. I would recommend them to my worse enemy.



Pay a liitle more and get a professional job. Because nothing about Magana Construction is professional
