Provided by YP.comI, too, attended Trumbull. I believe I went to school there from 1967-1970 when I graduated. I also had Mr. Delean for science. I remember one day while sitting in his class, not paying attention, he called on me to answer a question and I couldn't answer it. He told me to "Go back to sleep Knapp". I think he said that to me because my last was Knapp. Needless to say I paid attention from then on. My younger sister had Mr. Koob for her teacher. He was her favorite also. Do you remember Mr. Chernoff? He taught U.S. History(?). I thought he was a good teacher and I think most of the students in the school had the Carol Channing look-a-like teacher for 8th grade. I remember the wind tunnel.I was afraid to go in there. (Silly I was back then.LOL) For the short period of time that I was there, I have no bad memories of my time there. Ironically, several years later, my oldest daughter went there for special education classes for one school year. When I had to attend a parent-teacher conference there, I was amazed at how small the school was and I think Mr. Koob was principal at the time. Yes, I had some pretty good memories from there.
