Do not hire this company! I only gave them one star because I had to. They run an extremely unorganized business. We had had some difficulty all along with this company not returning our phone calls as quickly as we would have liked but we had no way of anticipating the extent to which they would mess up. About a week before the wedding my fiance called the company to go over some last minute details and he was informed that the company had lost all of our information in some accident. But they assured us they would work it out. Let's just say they did not. They did not return any phone calls from us all week and then called us the night before the wedding to tell us they were still having problems getting the bus we had requested but they would be there. Much to our surprise, after the ceremony we walked out to of the church to find not a limousine, or the bus we had ordered, but three hotel shuttles from our reception hall. It turns out the Ace Limo had called them a half hour earlier and told them they would not be picking us up. Thank goodness for the hotel shuttles or we would not have made it to our own reception. As it was, we missed out on taking pictures between the ceremony and the reception because the shuttles had to get back. We were told by the hotel that the Limo company said they would call us on monday to straighten everything out and get us our deposit back, seeing as how they did not show up. We did not receive that phone call on monday. On tuesday when we looked at our bank statement we saw that they had taken an additional $450 out of our account instead. More than we would have still owed them had they shown up. It's amazing that they somehow lost all of our contact and event information but managed to hang on to our credit card number. We are currently trying to get our money back but have not been able to as of yet. If you want you wedding day/ event to go smoothly, do not hire this company.
