Where do I begin? The management in the office have the snottiness attitudes. Whenever you want to talk or ask a question they would prefer you set an appointment. The only time they fix things in the apartment is when the HUD specialist are inspecting so they will not lose their funding. They have the biggest mice problem. When it was brought to their attention they will bring you mouse traps. With my two youngest children we lived in fear catching a mouse every week. I even then heard someone talking about bed bugs on the elevator. Once I heard that it was my calling to find something else. Bed bugs is something that you can't get rid of and will have to throw away most of your furniture. After the conversation on the elevator, every week ironically someone was getting rid of their furniture. Coincidence right? No!! All the mattresses or sofas were taped up to avoid the harm of bed bug travels by the outside dumpsters. I eventually moved within a month and management still have yet to address the bed bug problem. Dare to move here if you want but be prepared to suffer poor management and unsanitary conditions!
