Luis was great! He thoroughly explained what I should expect and everything went smoothly. He even provided some jams to keep the atmosphere light. Answered every question I had in-depth. The cost is affordable - I highly recommend!

I literally just walked out of here with my aftercare piercing. I actually came in to see what they sell to take care of it since i got a lip piercing done somewhere else and they put the smallest ring so Gloria changed it to the right one and its not painful anymore. thanks a lot and next time i'll come here!

Even though this is at Super Mall, this store is very clean and professional. I got my eyebrow and lip pierced here and it healed the right way. thank you and i'll come back soon for more jewelry.

Ok so I got my navel piercing here a microdermal. And its the best place to go. Super cheap and the ppl are very friendly. The piercer was kind, friendly, and very informative about keeping the piercing clean. A big recommendation

GLORIA IS AWESOME! After another piercing place said the piercing I wanted wouldn't work well with my ear, she did it no problem & it looks exactly how I wanted! Took her time, made me feel comfortable & at ease, even suggested something I ended up liking even better. Great experience, will go back there if I need any piercings in the future!

t seems like I've always had bad luck with piercings. They always turn out crooked! My luck changed when I found Lucky Star. I got my septum re-pierced by Luis since, of course, it was horribly crooked originally. He made sure I was alright and that I kept calm. I was freaking out beforehand; I thought I would pass out! Everyone is friendly and chill. I'm definitely going back for my other piercings before I leave Chicago in a few months. I can only hope that I can find another shop as good as this if I plan to get another piercing out of state. THANK YOU LUIS!!! You're the absolute best!

Saw Luis two weeks ago for a very delicate piercing. I was hesitant to do it because of the risks and potential to have nerve damage for this kind of piercing. He washed away my fears with his professionalism by totally knowing what he was doing. As an end result I can totally say I am very pleased with my new adornment. I have no nerve damage and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family looking for a professional piercer.

My dad was a long-time customer of Glorias and he took me there about 1 year ago to get my belly pierced. Easiest/quickest/least stressful appt. I have ever had, and the shop was very clean and shiny. Called Gloria about a week later for an aftercare reminder, and she was very helpful.

i went to get my ear re pierced. Of course, I was nervous that he was going to have to re-pierce it. He did sort of-no problem getting a much smaller gauge in, but getting the one that was the size of my piercing was harder, and super painful. I hope he Luis stays in the piercing business for a long time. I'll never go anywhere else for anything I want pierced after my awesome experiences with him. Plus, blow pops! He gives them to you after you're done. Sweet!

Luis did such an AMAZING job at doing my rook piercing! He didn't clamp it (but did use the clamp as a guide), which eliminated some of the pain. Almost pain free....just hurt for 2 seconds, literally. Clean sterile space and I will def be back for another piercing!

Clean. Professional. Cool without a bad attitude. Took my daughter here to pierce her earlobes because "Claire's" is just scary. Gloria answered my pre-appointment questions with very thorough e-mail responses. She was extremely professional, hygienic, and - key word here - PATIENT, with my 10 year old and her anxiety and her 104 questions. Even when we came back two weeks later with more questions.She was friendly and attentive. I don't want to ruin the street cred of this place by talking about a kid's piercing experience, but Gloria was fantastic. So if maybe you are a little nervous, or fearful you aren't cool enough to go in a REAL piercing studio for your piercing, trust me - Gloria is your lady.

After doing some research we decided to take our young daughter here to get her ears pierced. It was a great experience from the beginning to end. Luis made my daughter feel very comfortable immediately. He was very clear with what the process entailed and made sure my daughter understood before he started. Can't say enough good things about Luis and the shop as a whole. The price was a bit more than i expected but i admittedly know nothing about these type of things. Top notch place!

I was in today to have a triple helix piercing done as a birthday gift to myself. My husband and I were welcomed cheerfully and the woman there knew exactly what I wanted almost before I asked! I guess there is a picture spreading like wildfire on the 'net (not surprisingly, the same one I intended to use as a reference) of the piercing I was looking for. I expected to receive the ire of a piercer who's been shown the same trendy picture a bazillion times, but Gloria was understanding.
