Best customer service ever! I just love dropping by here even for a snack because the cashier always has such great attitude that puts a smile in your face. The previous reviewer is almost suspicious since I find it impossible to believe that she would ever give attitude and the whole story posted sounds a bit fishy. I have never had a problem with this place and I highly recommend it. My friends and I regularly visit as well. Customer service goes a long way and I highly appreciate it. I highly doubt I'd continue shopping here if it wasn't for such friendly service! Keep it up guys!

When I first started to go at low bob's no problem keeping cigarettes in stock! But now it seems like every friday they run out of regular cigarettes. I have complained twice. I do understand by word of mouth the more people come in. The more people come in the more product you need, the more product you need the more staff you have to get to keep happy customers are,. Now I have to keep calling because I have to take public transportation and don't want to waste my time or money going to low bob's when there out of cigarettes. This last time I called on a thursday the woman who works there said that they won't get any cigarettes in until 2 pm on friday. Ok so I called in on friday at 12:30 to see if they had gotten any cigarettes in yet or should I wait until 2 pm.. I was yelled at by the woman who works there I told you that the cigarettes won't be until 2 pm last night!!!!! I had to be other places to go to along with my husband and we were trying to figure out who was going to low bob's. If they want to keep customers in 1 employees should NOT YELL AT CUSTOMERS!! 2 KEEP THE PRODUCT IN STOCK!!!!! People would leave if there is no stock and employees have a attuide problems. I did enjoy going there because it was close to home and it was in the city of chicago. It will be along time before I step into low bob's again!!!
