This company takes advantage of people with language barriers. Went in to the store because I heard of this company on the radio. They were having a deal for a translator and accessory bundle. They told me the accessory was out of stock and that they would be able to ship it to me once they got it back in. So I made the purchase. A week went by and I had to call them because nobody had contacted me yet. Still no tracking number or anything and they kept telling me to call back. It has now been two months and I still do not have my product. I went to complain and the funny thing is, they will not except a return because apparently it has been past their 7 day policy, even though I never received the product. On a side note, their product sucks. I also wanted to add that their translator does not work without wi-fi or some other form of internet access. And all of their "free" apps are monthly subscriptions. Such a rip-off and scam.
