Lack communication skills.

The best of the barbeque house in the south of Chicago very nice staff the food is excellent very tander meat

I visited this business for the 1st time last evening, and to be honest, the food and service were horrible, I will never go back and I will tell everyone that I know the food was terrible and the service was even worse. I spent 14.75 for center cut ribs, I requested hot sauce, and no bread or fries. When I got home , there was no sauce, 2 slices of bread, and plenty of fries. the meat was burned on the ends, and really hard and overcooked. I hope the owner(s) reads this review and does something to improve this business before everyone finds out what a rip off this joint really is.
