The service here suck. The wait time in between customers is ridiculous. I went to another professional to get my nails done after getting they done and he stated that the job was rushed and horrible. I would never gm there again.

For almost 15 years my mother and I have come to the owner to get our Manicures and are pleased with how we are serviced. The staff here is hardworking and chances are you'll see the same person you had been serviced with from before. I am particularly impressed with the way the customers are treated in that they if there is anything the customer needs done, they are ensured a quality job. I recommend asking for a lady named Theresa for eyelash services as she is really skilled in applying them. Overall this is a great place to get dolled up and you will leave happy with your results.

This place should be the last nail salon on earth you enter!Go here if everything else is closed down. Unless you want to be there all day and have no plans at all! This place is gross!!! There a 3 asian people working the place. One old, nasty , man that flirts with all the women that enter and eats while doing nails, one aging asian lady that always watches movies from her laptop or the tv in the shop(pay attention we are paying you!) and one inexperienced asian lady that doesnt know how to do nails at all!!!



I am upset about an appt I made with two of my friends. I told the older asian lady I was in a rush and needed to be out in 2 hrs. or less. She said ok. 4 hrs later I was done with mediocre(at best) nails that had areas with no polish...really? Then my pedicure was ok. The designs did not match and I was just ready to get out of there!



One of my friends comlained that her nailbeds felt hot like they were burning and she was scared because she did not even get acrylics!!! When we asked why, we were told, "sometime that happen!" What!!! When?



My other friend was put on the back burner. She got cast to the side everytime one of the older ladies friends came in, she would throw them in front of her. When she would ask how much longer? The response was, 15 minutes....LIES!!! Then all three starting speaking Vienamese and laughing while looking at my friend. We all knew they were talking about her. With no shame,HOW RUDE!!!



Then all the women inside started complaining. One lady said her daughter had horrible bumps because of a "wax" visit where the older lady double-dipped! Eewwww!!!! After that my friends and I decided that this place is absolutely disgusting and not worth the $40 dollars we spent on mani-pedi's. I literally said to myself this is the last time, I deserve better customer service.



Please consider yourself warned....don't go, and SOMEBODY CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!
