After talking with the receptionist at this shop and asking several questions and not getting a straight foward answer i told the receptionist thanks but no thanks .... Thats when the trouble started i began getting demeaning phone calls from them calling me an inbred and telling me to go fu*k myself if that wasnt bad enough 2 hours later they began calling again making threats saying they know where i live amongst other things definitely not recomending this place to anyone

I wanted to like this place only because they had a talented tattoo artist who I thought was everything a professional and incredibly skilled business person should be. The place is small but very clean. I was sent here to ask for Lerc. Luckily, he was there when I visited for the first time and I didn't have to call or return for an appointment. After loving the work and customer service, I made an appointment to return for more work. On my second visit, the owner happens to be at the shop. Mr. Kidd, from one professional to another, I highly suggest some customer service or peoples skills classes. I will not speak negatively but I will say that I did not appreciate all the trash talk and bad mouthing expressed while I was there. Just because I am getting tattooed doesn't make me any less of a lady. As if that was not enough, I "liked" this place on Facebook. Omg. I could not believe the posts coming from a professional. A business man. Seriously? So turned off. The last straw was today. I called today to ask for Lerc, the guy who answers is Erik or Eric. Tells me Lerc is no longer here. Good for you dude. (I hope you've gone to a better place). When I asked Eric if he'd known where Lerc went, he said no. What kind of BS is that? Even my hair salon sends an email to their customers when one of their stylists leaves to notify their clients of their new salon or where to find them. Wishing them luck and success. Whatevs. To each his own, I guess. But after meeting this person and hearing for myself the crap spoken (on numerous visits) it wouldn't surprise me if this place doesn't last. Kidd Joe's Tat Cave was definitely huge talk among my friends. All the talk about how he tattoos actors and sports players, I had to check it out myself. So, I went with a couple of friends and was amazed at the decor! Awesome and modern, and super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, and Joe was amazing to calm my nerves since it was my first tattoo. I even felt so comfortable that I went the extra mile and got a nose piercing. All the materials are brand new and everything is super sterile. I wouldn't use anyone else for future tats and piercings. I have joined the rave reviews and will recommend Kidd Joe's Tat Cave to everyone I know!!! Thanks for a great first experience.
