Kerfin Inspections did a thorough inspection on the property we were going to purchase. Their report included pictures of what exactly were the issues and clear instructions on how each one should be rectified. We needed a re-inspection in the morning of the closing and even though they were fully booked, they were willing to squeeze in the time to do it for us and actually ended up spending more time with us than they had planned. Throughout the inspection, they took the time to patiently explain what they were looking for and why. They also provided recommendations for smaller issues and areas that might need attention later on, in case I wanted to fix them myself. My realtor was so impressed with Kerfin Inspections’ work that he said he would start using them for his future clients too.

I definitely made a great choice. It's my first time buying a house so I was kind of careful for choosing an inspector. My friend recommended Kerfin Inspections for me. The inspector was very nice, patient and professional. I asked him lots of questions and he explained all of them to me friendly. Overall, Very good services and reasonable price!!

This year has been a lucky year for my family and relatives. All our relatives are looking into properties and we've all been using this company to inspect our potential homes. The inspection team was very patient and they walk you through everything- from small leaks in the house, termites, home structure, pipes, gas meter, boiler and all other electrical work etc. Each inspection took around an hour or so. I really appreciate this since I am putting down a large investment and they made sure all my questions are answered. They are very careful when they need to remove items around the house and always put them back where it belongs. Their fee is very reasonable. Straight up honest and great company!
