THANKS to Chad Rothrock for resolving the problem Michael Meyer had created . KENSINGTON RESEARCH AND RECOVERY stands by their words and will resolve any issues.

Used them several years ago, but it is no longer necessary as Assessor and Board of Review have made it easy to do on own.



I did notice that negative reviews or reviews deemed negative are systematically filtered out on the Yelp site, so didn't bother posting there.
