I recently removed my kids from this center ... When I walked in on my lunch hour to check on my kids. ... My 6 week old was placed in group with kids of 15 months!!! He was given milk and left by himself in the crib .... When I approached him he had spit up a lot of the milk , then a woman came to pick him up and said " let's change his diaper" and I'm thinking "soooooo, you were planning to sleep him without changing his diaper"?? ... I was going to pick him up when I heard a familiar scream for mom .... I then rushed to my 2 year olds group ... Where he was laying in the bed covered over his head crying for me ... I asked him is he ok and he would just tuck his little face in my neck saying "lets go mami" , I asked the woman if he had eaten ok, and she said he picked at his food and left it there ... She didn't bother to attemp to feed him herself .... And then there is the director or the manager ... He is an older man, noncompassionate of my situation, didn't bring my complaints to the staffs attention ... Rude and sort of condescending....
