Viaje de Dallas a Ocampo Gto. El chofer grosero, le preguntaba algo la gente y con fastidio movia la cabeza. Y dejan que gente grosera que viaja, deje sus hieleras y mochilas en el pasillo del autobus y no les dicen nada. Primera y ultima vez que viaje con ellos.

I lost 3 days worth of vacation waiting to leave with these people. Expected to leave Sunday night but it turned out the bus had some sort of AC malfunction and it was going to head out next day. Monday arrives, they told us be there at 6pm for departure. We get there at 6 and wait an hour for the office to even open. Then we are told to wait another hour for the bus to arrive from the shop it was located but it will leave tonight. 8pm roles around and then they say that it will be delayed until tomorrow night. Worse was we couldn't even get a refund that night because the person with the money was not there. These people will lie to you and waste your time. They will string you along at all costs to keep your money. I will not be returning ever again to this horrid business.
