I worked at all three schools ...

I worked at all three schools for Jolly Fun Playschools and I strived to work a balance of building a fun and safe environment and cleaning the room that was healthy for the children. The schools had a cleaning service that came in everynight. The children were happy and healthy and always had fun. Please keep in mind when you visit a school everyday is not the same and you are just seeing one moment of the day. I know when I was there you could come as often as you like and observe. I would recommend these schools to every parent.

School Review

My daughter attended this school for three years. She has severe food allergies and the teachers and the school cook were very accommodating with her needs. They were very careful to make sure that she didn't come into contact with any potential allergens and they communicated with me regularly especially if there was going to be a special event (such as cooking projects or class parties) so that I could plan accordingly. I am truly grateful for the care and concern that they showed to my daughter.

School Review

I have 3 children who all attended both the preschool as well as the Day Camp. The teachers are wonderful and so are the camp counselors. My 2 oldest who have recently attended the Day Camp weere disappointed to be leaving the camp due to their age. I now have my youngest at the preschool and enjoys every day! He too will be attending the Day Camp next year! Administration team and teachers are very helpful, fun, and compasionate. I am glad I found this school.

Chicago, IL Addison location.

I have never had my children in a daycare setting before. My youngest is very bright. I knew she would benefit from the interaction with other children as well as the stimulation a classroom setting would provide. I was also in a position returning to school full time needing to decide between a private sitter or a day care/preschool setting. I looked at many schools and decided on JFH. The cost was about the same as others. The difference was they had an open door policy so I did not feel as though they were hiding things. Also each classroom has a certified teacher, the pre-K and kindergarten follow IL curriculum guide lines. There is a nice play ground. The staff and teachers are very friendly, my daughter loves it. Is it the "poshiest" no. It is however a place your child will feel safe, will learn and will feel cared about. There has never been a violation, abuse or safety issue in the 30 years of business. As a nurse, as a parent I am happy I know my daughter is safe, has fun, learns and is cared for when I bring her to school. Hope this helps when considering a program for your child
