DO NOT, Under any circumstances, USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!! Months and months of arguing with them about their "repairs" and body work, and my car was never right!!! The initial week that they quoted me to fix the car turned into a 6 week fiasco. Then, when I went to pick up the car after the 6 weeks, they hadn't worked on the car!!! They kept giving me a myriad of excuses. I literally had to take the care back around 20 times before I finally gave up! At times, they had my car for weeks at a time, and do NOTHING during that time!!! The paint is flat and dull, as if they don't use a clearcoat layer over it, the body work has an orange-peel appearance to it, and you can literally see the body work through the paint they applied. Also, while doing the paint work, they don't bother to tape off parts of the car!!! I have rubber that is covered in overspray, and they don't even seem to care!!! They had to outsource some of the work because they couldn't complete it. They had to replace the radio in my car because of vandalism as well, and after over six months, I went to pick up the car, and they still had the original radio in the car!!!If they were just bad at fixing things, that would be one thing, bu they also broke quite a few parts of my car while "fixing" it. I have over $300 dollars of interior trim pieces that need to be replaced after these hacks worked on my car. Also, they damaged a sensor on my car that is going to cost me about $1000 to fix!!! All in all, If I wanted to fix all of the parts that they broke, or didn't do well, I would have to start over!!!!They charged me for items that they never even fixed, and didn't fix things that they were supposed to. They lie about getting the work done, they pretend like you are crazy for expecting a decent job, and they insult your intelligence by releasing the car to you without fixing issues. Avoid them like the plague!!! There are some positive reviews on this site, but I seriously wonder about their validity because none of the reviewers have any friends!!! Can you say, "planted reviews?" All of the other victims in the waiting room had similar issues to what I am dealing with. I wish I had spoken to one of them before taking my car to this dirtbag shop!
