I rarely write to criticise a business. However, I felt compelled today to do so, as my experience with this salon was worse than appalling. I have purchased a coupon from livingsocial towards keratin treatment. After several attempts to set up an appointment, and after several cancellations on their behalf and after 6 months of this hassle, I was told that my midl ength hair could not be done, since it is "too long and is not worth the money of the coupon", and this came from the manager!!! I should add that I have never, ever, experienced such lack of courtesy and professionalism as well as total insolence and impertinence. I wonder how such business can survive whilst there are so many other hair salons in Chicago. They receive 0 rating

The worst service ever experienced. The owner John seriously has some anger issues. When his receptionist told me to come in when I told him i was running late, the owner turned around and started getting angry at me. Then he clinched his teeth and told me be quiet when I said the receptionist told me to come in. First of all, from the look of the salon and his personal appearance (did he just dump a bleach on his head?), I would not even get my hair done. Second of all, just the fact he did a living social deal tells me he is not popping with business. Get some anger management, better for your business and your ugly personality!
