If you need a plumber these are the people to call. On every level they are the best. What more needs to be said!

I called for plumbing service to have a yearly check on my house and to unclog a bathtub drain. The plumber (Josh) arrived at the specified time and was very professional. He took his time and paid attention to detail. He encountered all kinds of issues with the plumbing in my house and fixed whatever he could on the spot. He also explained everything he was doing and made suggestions for prevention so I won't have these problems in the future. I appreciated his hard work and patience (even with my dog who followed him around the entire time).

I love this plumbing service! The plumbers are always clean, courteous and knowledgeable and I know that they will actually follow up as they are meant to! I highly recommend them as providing a quality service!

I can't say enough good comments regarding the service technician, Brian. He was very polite, efficient and hard working. I would recommend John Baethke & Son Plumbing, and especially Brian, to anyone needing to have work done.

Great service started with a phone call to Tyler. Tyler explained everything and the appointment was made! Cormac was the technician and he was right on time, professional and just one heck of a nice guy. Cormac fixed my problem (the trip lever was stuck and couldn't be removed from bathtub and he suggested changing device so the problem will not happen again). Prices at JB&Son are high, but so was the quality. Thanks Cormac! You too Tyler!!

Cormac was prompt and my husband and I felt very competent. He explained all of the necessary repairs to various items that were causing an extremely high water bill. We have a four story home and each of our daughters have 2 cats and he was careful with not letting them escape and had to make many trips up and down stairs and always kept his pleasant manner. You are lucky to have him as an employee.
