Jibek Jolu or “The Silk Road” derives its name from the famous silk trade route which connected many trades and cultures between West and East. As a result, our menu reflects a synthesis of cuisines of European, Central Asian, and Eastern European traditional cuisines providing you with the opportunity to experience the flavors of many cultures all at one stop. Jibek Jolu is a family-owned restaurant. We pride ourselves on including many different culinary and cultural influences. We serve a variety of unique cuisine made from scratch: hand-pulled noodles, handmade dumplings, savory pies, perfectly seasoned tender meat, delicious vegetarian meals, native brewed tea, and decadent homemade desserts.
