CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

Pick-up was at 5PM called at 5:02 no answer. Was calling to notify them was going to be 20 min late taking public transit (their posted open hours are M-F 9-7PM) When I arrived gate was closed and no one was there. Called multiple times before I finally got ahold of the owner. He was very unhelpful and flippantly told me to go try someplace else and then left his phone on and walked away EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I tried to call back multiple times but was ignored. The owner was unreliable, unhelpful, disrespectful and unprofessional. Good luck U-Haul as you allow people like that to represent your brand. I will never use U-Haul again, I'm done.
