Went in the other day to get a tattoo and was greeted by a gentleman named Ryan. He was seriously one of the coolest people I have ever met. very easy to talk to and very helpful putting together my design. I walked out a few hours later with my newest and most favorite tattoo! Highly recomended!

They were excellent with the tattoo they gave me on my back. It was very painless and came out the exact way I wanted it to.

Great work, not a heavy hand. I was very comfortable the entire time they did the work.

I am 53 and have never gotten a tattoo. The artist was very supportive during the sitting and I felt comfortable. It all went very well.

Angie was a doll. Drove up from home to take care of this. Place is clean and staff is great! Will be back again.

Jade Dragon is now by far the worst place to go to for anything. I walked in, I was ignored, when someone finally got up from watching TV to help me, I thought WTF is this guy on??? it seemed like he was high on something. He was rude and when he he asked some fat lady for a price she came back with a high price & an attitude from hell. People dont go to this place for anything, there is plenty of good shops to go to with in minutes of the jade dragon that you would be much happier with. One one Cicero, one on North Ave. one on Harlem Ave......do your homework people....I found the one on harlem to be the best!

My sister and I got 8 tatts between the two of us I was very pleased until one of them appeared to never heal it was done by Nick who when I went back I was informed he no longer worked there because of the fact his work was not up to par then why was he allowed to tattoo me now I am stuck with an ugly tattoo of my mothers name I have went back 10+ times to only be told they can't do anything to it until it is not shiny anymore well its been 6 months and its still shiny so I will not waste anymore time and gas going all the way to 53RD street and I live in Matteson it has been very frustrating and as I stated before I am stuck with a unprofessional looking tattoo all of my other ones are beautiful it is just 2 that Nick did I am not happy at all with I spent well over 600.00 in this place and all I have to show for it are the free t-shirts you get if you spend over 100.00 and I have to tell you its not free if I am spending over 100.00. I am very unhappy with Jade

thee best tattoo shop in the city... its artists are truly talented. Regardless of what your looking for whether its custom or flash, color or black and grey , from mild to wild they do it all! I reccomend jade dragon very highly and would never trust my skin to any other ! A+++

I WALKED IN THERE N I GOT DA WORST SERVICE EVER!!! GOT HOUNDED N THIS PLACE WAS SOOOO DIRTY!!!!! I JUST WALKED OUT N WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

It's sad... Some of the artist are really great but the environment is just plain terrible. Service is very much like a fast food joint. I have seem some decent work from some of their tattoo artists, but unfortunately most of the work is just plain garbage. I remember when Jade Dragon used to be a very reputable shop but now it just seems like they'll hire anyone.

they f****d up my anti -eyebrow piercing they used straight barbell for that,I still have 2 scars because they are bunch of amateurs from the street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was there once with my bf and i never come back there. one artist who was working on my tattoo was rude, trying to be fast cause he couldnt wait to go smoke. I wanted some advices, some creativity but he was just like take it pay and bye. In addiction, tattoo isnt nice and i guess i would do it better. Another guy was working on whole arm of my bf. Tattoo also doesnt look nice, isnt profesional and its very easy to guess that it wasnt done by good tattoo artist. Both tattoos are simply ugly. Im sad, disappointed and mad that i paid so much money for so terrible job which I have to have on my body to the end of my life. If you are looking for good tattoo artist never go there!!!!
