Avoid at all costs! I was unfortunate enough to have broken down in the area. Not being familiar with it and in a hurry, I asked the tow company if they knew of any import places in the area. The only one they could think of was Jacob's - big mistake. Almost a week later they call to tell me that I have major engine damage and give me an estimate of over $2,100. I decided to get a second opinion. I had to pay to have it towed again, but well worth it. Was only a $300 timing belt replacement - impossible for that to damage engine in my type of car. I think they were trying to take advantage of someone's situation, or they don't know what they are doing- either way I wish I had never heard of this place. The kicker is, they still charged me $105 for their "diagnosis". So, in exchange, they get my "diagnosis".
