I am a regular customer at this J & J Fish and normally the fish and shrimp are cooked good and I am very satisfied with the food and service, but on this occasion, the guy that was erving the food brought me my very quickly. I was was shocked and surprised with the speed that my order was finished.When I set down to eat 5 minutes later, the shrimp's batter was very mushy and was not even close to being cooked and the large shrimp themselves were raw still very soft and cool to the touch (not firm like normal done shrimp).This restaurant's current staff must understand the dangers of serving raw and undercooked seafood.The owner took an evasive stance and started explaining that shrimp can be cook thoroughly in 2-3 minutes. Trust me these shrimp were not done and barely cooked at all! Do not go there if you want to feel safe about what you are eating and that the owner is able to realize and correct errors that could cause you or your family to become ill or worse.
