I was burned by a laser that was administered by one of their technicians. It has been several weeks and I have red marks and indentions in several places on my face. The physician was not on site at the time of treatment. They may be fine at doing facials, etc. but do not let them near you with a laser. In addition, they haven't done anything to resolve the issue. They will keep referring to a consent form which I guess gives them a license to damage your skin and not be accountable. Be very careful and don't buy into technicians with certificates. Go to places where the physician administers the treatment and is accountable.
