This place was once a destination now its only a dump last time i went my large rib tip& links. took about 30min i notice it was there the first time i went in 15 minutes earlier, the girl apologized with an attitude when i made it home. Both grape soda where frozen ,l've cooked all my adult life professionally mostly high end dinning establishments, and one thing that is always constant in this industry is sometimes the food not may not be up to pair cooks and chefs are only humane with human flaws and that is expected, BUT ONE THING THAT CAN'T LACK IN ANY HOSPITALJTY INDUSTRY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH MEANS MORE THAN ANSWERING PHONE AND TAKING PATRONS $$, ITS APPRECIATION FOR THOSE WILLING TO SPEND $$ THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE MANY MORE RIB PLACES WITH BETTER FOODS,SERVICE . I GO TO THE BEST BBQ PIT RIGHT ACROSS THE OF I-57 i give it half star since the the doors where open.

best sauce ever! Never been disappointed in the food. Now the service it kind of sub par but hey its a bbq joint!

Food is good customer service is terrible,. Wait time one hour and a half.

Today I phoned in an order for a "mild bucket of turkey tips". I arrived, payed and received my order, only to drive 10 miles home and discover that I had been given pork instead. I called the store, and was CONFRONTED by the rude customer disservice person who questioned whether or not I placed the right order. Once I returned to the store, the call taker again questioned whether I made the right order, and charged me the difference in the price although I was the person who was inconvenienced. As a faithful customer for more than 10 years, I feel disrespected, and will never do business with this chain again.

yes this place is really bad on service on both sides i tried to phone in my order and got hung up on more then one occasion and to top it off my order wasn`t ready when they said, worth the drive to go somewhere else !!!

They are rude as hell with high as prices. $17 for a tip and link combo like for real....

This place blows , I feel like I'm in the unemployment line. I'll take my service elsewhere. Stay away

this is the best i57 of all they food taste so so good and they give u alot of fries this i57 has never let me down and i go there at least once a week for a tip and link combo with extra hot sauce.
